The Village Pub in Les Allues

"Hi Everyone, Picon le pingouin here!

I worked at La Tsaretta last season in my gap year, Kate and Steve hired me because I am a multifunctional penguin specialising in PR. I really enjoyed myself and was thrilled when they ask me to stay for another winter... naturally I love the snow.

Ok, La Tsaretta is not one of the big bars in Meribel... it offers something quite different. Well, for a start, how many of the others employ penguins? If like me you enjoy good food and drink at very reasonable prices plus mingling with saisonnaires, holiday makers having fun and people who live here all year round, then La Tsaretta is the bar for you.

There is always something going on in this busy, buzzing bar including live music and TV coverage of top sporting events. As a Liverpool supporter I watch all our games live but as there are three screens we even show the occasional Man United game!!!
